She trained at both the London and Oxford STOTT Pilates premier training venues before moving to Canada in 2010. Natasha comes from an active background of dance, competitive swimming, snowboarding and theatre. In 2006, she started studying Pilates with Dianne Miller and continued working there at (the Vancouver Pilates Centre) until 2013. In addition to being a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher, Natasha has also studied with Eric Franklin and is a Level 1 Franklin Method Educator. Natasha strives to aid her students in discovering more efficient patterns of movement to maximize their physical potential. She believes free & joyful movement is a lifelong pursuit and is grateful for the opportunity to positively impact her students’ on their respective journeys.
